We hope you have a good experience shopping on our site and your order process runs smoothly.
Orders received before 12noon are normally shipped the same day if your items are in stock.
Should your item be out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.If you are unable to wait you can opt for an alternative product or cancel your order.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Should you be unhappy with your purchase please get in touch & return the goods within 14 days of delivery.

-Return your item in the original packaging and intact-
-You must then return the goods at your own expense-
-Please use a trackable returnsmethod and don't forget to keep proof of postage or tracking number - you will need this if there are issues with your return-
-We will refund the price that you paid for the Item(s)-
-The refund will not include any delivery charges you have paid-
-All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the Items-

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
We do not supply music on a sale or return basis. To enable customers to ascertain the suitability of the music we can supply specimen parts upon request to recognised conductors or teachers. Music will be sent in a sealed bag. Only break this seal if you wish to keep the music. Any broken seals will not be accepted for refunds.
Apart from this service we DO NOT accept music for credit or exchange unless faulty or supplied in error
